Modern, fun and fascinating training in fitness. Varied exercises and tricks are forming body to be beautiful and flexible. Training gives you a change to feel self-confident, feminine and sexy. 

Pole dance is a good alternative to aerobics and gym. The training is a unique combination from dance, choreography, acrobatics and sport. Your partner and the tool on the same time are a pole itself. There is a variety in exercises that gives you seductive, rhythmic and effective training! As well, pole dance gives you the opportunity to improve your dance skills. 

NB! 

1. On the day of training is not recommended to use creams, oils or body lotions. 

2. Clothing: shorts, T-shirt/ tank top, barefoot. 

3. We ask you to take your own training towel to dry your hands and pole while training. 

 

Pole dance/beginners- first group, no experience needed. 

Pole dance I - second step/ for an advanced trainers. 

Pole dance II - third step/ for an advanced trainers with lack of experiences.
